REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Hard skill

  • Office Suite (including Access) / O365 and specific in-house software
  • Operating Systems (Windows 7/10)
  • E-mail (Outlook)
  • WEB browsing (IE, Chrome, Firefox)
  • Sharing network resources (printers, folders, files) in Microsoft environment
  • User profiles
  • Ability to support configuration of Microsoft network services
  • Domain accounts
  • Cloning of PCs, Laptops and the like
  • Physical connectivity capabilities (both wired and wireless)
  • Arrangement and activation of standard telecommunications equipment (landline phones, pagers, smartphones, data cards with associated connection hotspots)

Soft skill

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent teamwork skills

training and experience

  • Studies in computer engineering
  • Languages: Italian and English, French and/or German
  • Age: between 23 and 35 years old
